Each maternity photography session I do is unique to each mother I work with. While it isn’t a good idea to use too many props, I do encourage expectant mothers to choose some precious heirlooms for their photos. Perhaps you may want to choose a special stuffed toy that you are going to give to your baby, or maybe a special baby outfit or a sweet pair of baby shoes (possibly sitting on top of your beautiful baby bump). We’re not simply looking to capture images with this type of photography. Rather, I want to showcase the love you already have for your unborn child, and will pay strong attention to every detail. These photos will be an expression of your hopes and dreams for your new baby. You will leave studio (or the outdoor site) knowing that you are going to have amazing photos to highlight this part of your journey in life.
